This is recipe is Aloo malai tikki. Unique recipe, yet simple to make. malai stuffed aloo tikki is so easy to make at home. I stuffed with chilled mayonnaise as a malai. tastes yum when it's hot with tomato ketchup.

In this aloo malai tikki I used bread crumbs. bread crumbs are easily available in supermarkets. Anyone can make bread crumbs at home so easily by drying the old milk bread under the sun until the moisture evaporates. Then crush to a coarse powder.

Combining the bread crumbs in the potato mixture absorbs the excess moisture makes the patties unbreakable. If the tikkis are too soft refrigerate for 15 mins then it will be crisp.
