Ingredients required:
Brinjal-1/2 kg
Kaju-100 gms
Onion-1
Chilies-3
Tomatoes-2
Salt
Chili Powder
turmeric
Oil-1/3 cup
Water - 1/2 cup

For Masala Paste:
Dry Coconut-1/4 cup
Poppy seeds- 2tsps
Coriander seeds- 2tsps
cloves-3
cardamom-3
cinnamon- 1 inch
