BJP, AAP spar over toxic foam in Yamuna as devotees perform Chhath Puja

It's a season of toxic festivities in the national capital. An air emergency during Diwali festivities and now the Yamuna river coated with a white substance that looks a lot like floating ice, that is toxic foam, due to water pollution during Chhath Puja. A political slugfest has erupted between BJP and AAP after photos and videos of people celebrating Chhath Puja on the banks of Yamuna amid layers of huge toxic foam surfaced.
