Today I came up with a simple beerakaya fry recipe. Earkier I post a few beerakaya curry recipes, this is Gutti beerakaya vepudu recipe. beerakaya is nothing but turai in hindi.

Beerakaya vegetable is one of the healthy vegetables. can make many varities with beerakaya like pappu, beerakaya pachadi, beerakaya thokka pachadi, beerakaya senagapappu kura like many.

In this recipe i shared a unique fry with beerakaya. The stuffing is with peanuts and sesame. the palli nuvvula podi recipe tastes yum. Can preserve the powder for 1 month and prepare the curry. the recipe tastes yum with hot ghee rice.

If you want can chage the recipe to non-garlic recipe. Just skip and proceed with the procedure.
